The Knowledge base is a powerful module that enables you to house article and report-based content within a single section of your website. All articles and reports can be tagged and filtered by two levels of categories. In fact, you're reading a knowledge base article right now!
Articles and reports are all contained within the Knowledge base module. For each record that you create, you can choose for it to use either the Modular Article or Report page template. Each template has a set of compatible content blocks, and you must use the content blocks that are appropriate for the template you've chosen.
